Essen City Council provides an option for electronic communication via the Internet. At the time of publication, no communication access point (compliant with with Para. 3a of the Administrative Procedures Act of the state North Rhine Westphalia, § 3a VwVfG NRW) has been set up. In principle, an exchange of information via the central Essen City Council e-mail address (info@essen.de), central e-mail address of the city offices, or via individual e-mail addresses of employees is available (please see the Essen City Council website for additional information).
