(Disabled access) City Centre map

In cooperation with the Officer for the Disabled of the City of Essen and various associations for the disabled, the Office for Geoinformation, Surveying and Cadaster has developed and designed a map of the city centre showing disabled access. The map will make it easier for people with mobility restrictions to visit Essen city centre or to note obstacles in good time. This map is available for download in PDF format.

We offer an up to date, city centre map (scale 1:8000), showing the various city districts from the university to the museum district. One way streets, car parks and public transport lines are clearly marked.

The map is available for download in PDF format:
- free of charge, for private use only,
