The red dot design Museum showcases the largest, and probably the most unusual exhibition of contemporary design in the world.
Approximately 1000 products from all over the world are shown on over 4000 square meters - each one of these products has earned the 'red dot', the seal of approval for excellent design.
Based in the boiler building of the Zeche Zollverein, which was named a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 2001, the venue has become an absolute 'must see' for lovers of culture, architecture, and design.
